Insurance Plans We Accept

We accept most major insurance plans and are committed to working with you to maximize your benefits. Before your appointment, please provide us with your current insurance information, including your insurance card and any required forms.

It is important to note that insurance coverage varies, and some services may require pre-authorization. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify coverage for specific treatments or services.

We are participating providers with Medicare. We will bill your secondary insurance when applicable. If Medicare does not cover your remaining balance, you are responsible for the remainder of the payment. We have multiple options and payment plans to help you make your payment.

Patients who wish to receive services at Thrive Foot and Ankle while their insurance is out of network are advised to contact their insurance or other coverage plan directly for more information on coverage and potential out-of-network costs.

Co-payments and Deductibles

Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes any applicable fees for office visits, procedures, or tests. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We kindly ask that you come prepared to make your payment upon arrival.

By choosing our clinic, you agree to accept financial responsibility for all charges incurred. This includes co-payments, deductibles, charges not covered by insurance, and fees for additional equipment purchased in our office. 

We understand that managing healthcare costs can be a concern. That's why we offer financial assistance programs and flexible payment plans to help ease the financial burden for our patients. Whether you are uninsured, have high deductibles, or need assistance with out-of-pocket expenses, our team is here to work with you.
